Except for warranty of title, seller makes no other written, oral, express, or implied warranties as to the equipment or its specifications. The buyer shall determine for itself at its sole cost and expense, conducting appropriate tests, inspections, or other methods, whether the equipment is suitable for buyer’s needs (whether or not seller knows of such needs). The seller makes no representation as to any equipment certification and seller assumes no liability or obligation relating to the certification of the equipment or buyer’s failure to have such equipment certified in accordance with applicable laws.
